Peru -- Primarily Machu Picchu (Dec 2010)

There is a small thatched-roofed seating area near the bottom certer of this photo. There appears to be a person with light-colored pants sitting on a bench in that little shelter. The sign-in booth for this trail is near that small shelter (probably hidden by the greenery to the right of the shelter).

The beginning of the dropoff into the gorge is visible in the lower left section of this photo. That is the top rim of the gorge.
