Tawny Eagle
This guy posed on the ground near the jeep for several minutes -- pretty much until we got tired of taking photos of it. Even I got tired of photographing it.
The color here differs slightly from the ID book, but the book indicates there is some variation in colors. I'm pretty sure this is indeed a Tawny Eagle.
