November 25, 2011 – Flew from Cairo to Aswan, lunch in Movenpick Hotel in Aswan (on north end of Elephantine Island), bus to Abu Simbel, arriving after dark.
Cairo City Scene. I was impressed by the number of satellite dishes on top of almost every building in the city. I kept photographing them (most from moving buses). I never got a photo that really captured how very meny of these there were. This is one of the better photos of that genra, but it doesn't do justice to the scale of this city of satellite dishes.
