Australia & NZ (Land) -- Oct & Nov 2013

There are some exhibits on landings as one goes up the steps inside the pylon. The following one contains a photograph showing the area where the opera house is now (it's in the area shown at the lower right in the next photo). I think the building on that site when this photo was made was a municipal bus garage (or something like that). The next photo was made around the time the bridge was completed and opened for traffic. (IMG_4433.SX40.JPG)
