Australia & NZ (Land) -- Oct & Nov 2013

There had been wild fires west of Sydney (including in the Blue Mountains) the week before the trip. However, there was a heavy rain a day or two before I arrived. So smoke was not a problem the first few days there. This day, however, the air was smoky -- as can be seen in this photo. It got worse for a biref time later in the day (there are later pictures taken during that time). Could also smell smoke on this day. (IMG_4324.SX40.JPG)
