Kenya and Tanzania -- Oct 2012 -- Part II of III

My memory is failing me a bit with respect to this morning.

We did a morning game drive, then came back to the Serengeti Lodge for lunch. Then we left that lodge and drove to the Kirawira Tent Camp. Since both the Serengeti Lodge and the tent camp were both in the Serengeti National Park, the drive to the tent camp was also a game drive, in effect.

I believe this photo (and the several that follow) are from the morning game run. However, it is possible that the first few that follow are actually animals that came into the lodge area, and thus were taken before the actual game run began. The lodges in Tanzania are not fenced like those in Kenya. Thus there are more large animals actually INSIDE the lodge area.
