November 26, 2011 -- Sunrise at two temples at Abu Simbel (built by Ramses II), cruised past ruins of an old fortress at Kasr Ibrim, Amada (three structures moved here to escape lake flooding).
As I wrote earlier, we got there before sunrise. Here is the sun coming up.
