November 22, 2011 -- Egyptian Museum (no photos allowed), Cairo city tour, Mosque of Muhammad Ali, Khan el Khalili Bazaar.
We went to the Khan el-Khalili Market in Cairo (I'm pretty sure that's the name, although the word "Khan" may itself may mean "market" it Arabic). I didn't fully understand what this was until later (especially as we were leaving).
Several of us went to a coffee shop for a light lunch. Walking thru the market, we passed a area of stalls with pretty agressive vendors selling tourist trinkets -- not exactly my thing. (IMG_0534A.jpg)
