Mosque of Mohammed Ali (and related buildings).
This lady was on the trip with her parents. My understanding (from her mother) was that the guard (or attendant of some type) decided the (quite modest) outfit she had on displayed too much cleavage. So they gave her this outfit to "cover" her more completely. However, (althougth it can't be seen from this photo) these robes didn't really provide any additional coverage in the area they claimed to be concerned about.
