This is downtown Dunedin at the main city square. This is the Anglican church (which seems odd, now that I think about it -- this city is known for being settled by Scots, so I'd think the main church on the city square would be Presbyterian).
The statue in front of the church is Scottish poet Robert Burns. Next photo is a closer view of the statue.
