This is block-long "street" of buildings constructed together as a project in the 1930s. These were little damaged and have been reparied and reopened. Except for another one-bloc- long street mall (where new stops have been built from shipping containers) and three or four coffee shops and fast food places, these are the ONLY commercial businesses currently operating downtown that I could see (the fast food places that survived seemed to all be in free-standing, single-floor buildings).
